Overall, U.S. News & World Report ranked IU Bloomington 29th among public national research universities, an improvement from 30th last year and 33rd two years ago.
The federal government's nearly $800 billion stimulus plan, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, is providing colleges and universities with increases in research funding. This site will report stimulus funding awarded to IU researchers.
